STEP 2 - FIND A QUALIFIED REAL ESTATE AGENT

STEP 3 - PRE-APPROVAL
Pre-approval is a more specific estimate of what you could borrow from your lender and requires documents such as your W2, recent pay stubs, bank statements and tax returns. The lender will then use these documents to determine exactly how much you can be preapproved to borrow.


STEP 4 - CLOSING
This is when you and all the other parties in the loan transaction sign legal documents and distribute funds, after which you become responsible for the loan. Mint Mortgage will assist you every step of the way.
